Profile

Students acquire an education in mechanical engineering  und business management first, then they specialise in areas of business information science, network technology, industry information science, production and logistic. Classes in project management, software engineering, communication technology complete the education.

Professional skills

BIT-alumni plan and configure IT-systems. They can develop software for production, logistic and administration and manage IT-projects. Furthermore Alumni of this school can work as EDP administrators, PC supporters, and EDP manager in the areas of network configuration, network administration, and pc-configuration.
 

University education

After a successful graduation students are entitled to attend a university, college, academy or advanced technical college (Fachhochschule). If students choose to attend an advanced technical college (Fachhochschule) they will receive credit for relevant courses at the HTL Dornbirn.
